Actualmente estamos alquilando y soñando comprar la casa misionera donde este permanente Jucum Chiclayo, esta es la segunda casa a la que nos hemos mudado.
We are currently renting our missionary house and dreaming of buying the house where Jucum Chiclayo will be situated permanently, it is the second house we have moved to.

Pero esta casa tiene algo especial, cada persona que a entrado cree que construimos la casa porque esta diseñada y construida con ambientes propicios para las clases, reuniones, recibir equipos y hospedar Misioneros.
But this house has something special, every person who has entered the house believes that we built the house because it is designed and built with environments conducive to classes, meetings, receiving teams and hosting Missionaries.

¿PORQUE QUEREMOS ESTA CASA?/ WHY DO WE WANT THIS HOUSE?

Esta casa tiene 2 pisos construidos y terraza, (5 habitaciones, 4 baños, salon de clase, salon garage, patio interno, espacios amplios, cocina, oficina, terraza) pero los planos y columnas están hechas para construir 8 pisos. El dueño primero era un Medico que la construyo para una clínica privada pero no la termino y la vendió a los actuales dueños que nos la quieren vender.
This house has 2 floors built and a terrace, (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, classroom, garage, internal patio, large spaces, kitchen, office, terrace) but the plans and columns are made to build 8 floors. The first owner was a Doctor who built it for a private clinic but did not finish it and sold it to the current owners who want to sell it to us.

DESAFIO:/ CHALLENGE:

La casa Misionera tiene un valor de $300.000 (dolares), para Dios no hay nada imposible y aunque nosotros «AUN» no contamos con el dinero, nuestra fe esta puesta en el que nos llamó a su obra aquí en Perú.
The Missionary house has a value of $ 300,000 (dollars), but for God nothing is impossible and although we “EVEN” do not have the money, our faith is set in Him who called us to His work here in Peru.
